- Membantu Sales Officer meningkatkan penjualan dan mengerjakan tugas menjaga hubungan dengan nasabah existing.
- Melakukan kunjungan (pick up) kepada nasabah agar kualitas pinjaman (kredit) yang diberikan dapat mendukung pencapaian cabang secara optimal. Kunjungan tersebut antara lain Cash Pick Up, Check Perkembangan Usaha, Top Up dan Collection
- Membantu cabang (Branch Manager) membangun community center dengan selalu melibatkan nasabah didalam aktifitas dicabang
- Mempunyai intregritas tinggi, Disiplin, Proaktif, Persistence (ulet) Target Oriented dan Komunkatif
- Orientasi pelayanan pelanggan
- Keterampilan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan nasabah, termasuk untuk meningkatkan plafon pinjaman nasabah melalui program top up
- Kemampuan menjual dan bernegosiasi

- Pendidikan minimal D3
