Bertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan pribadi dengan menjalankan disiplin proses penjualan, sehingga mendukung percepatan pencapaian penjualan target cabang.


Tanggungjawab Utama
  • Mencari nasabah (debitur) baru dengan mengisi dan menjalankan agenda harian secara baik dan benar
  • Mengelola portfolio (pinjaman) nasabah yang ada secara sehat dengan mengembangkan hubungan yang baik terhadap nasabah. Antara lain: Cash Pick Up, Maintain Usaha, Top Up dan Collection
  • Melakukan penetrasi terhadap area penjualan maksimal 10 Km dari kantor cabang
  • Membantu cabang (Branch Manager) membangun community center dengan selalu melibatkan nasabah didalam aktifitas di cabang
  • Memiliki kemampuan menjual dan memiliki kemampuan ber-negosiasi
  • Mempunyai integritas tinggi, Disiplin, Proaktif, Persistence (ulet) Target Oriented dan Komunkatif

Kualifikasi :
  • Pendidikan: D3/IPK 2.75
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Berpengalaman minimum 1-2 tahun
  • Menguasai bahasa dan budaya lokal
  • Berorientasi kuat terhadap target
  • Menyukai tugas lapangan
  • Mampu menjalin komunikasi dan mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat

According to Stanford Medical, It's really the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 pounds less than us.

(And realistically, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING about "HOW" they eat.)
